The Complete Gluten Free Diet for Celiac (gluten allergy)


The Gluten Free Diet consists basically, on natural and fresh food without gluten. The gluten free diet will also make you weight loss (see gluten free food list below).

People with gluten allergy is called celiac. Celiac suffer from abnormal immune reactions to gluten-containing foods. Gluten is a protein found in various cereal grains, such as wheat, rye and barley and usually in oats. 1 of every 100 persons has gluten intolerance.


Diet duration: The Gluten Free Diet without gluten must be followed during the whole life, because it's the only treatment that exists today for celiac.

  • Vegetables with garlic or onion or ham.
  • White rice. If you use coloring, verify that it didn't includes gluten..
  • Macaroni without gluten with fried tomato or cream and cheese grated.

Second plate:

  • Veal meat, pork, lamb or grilled chicken.
  • Grilled fish.
  • Fried eggs, or omelet.
  • These meals can be accompanied with vegetables, lettuce or potatoes (cooked or fried with oil that has not been used to fry food with gluten).

Dessert:

  • Fruit.
  • Natural yogurt.
  • Vanilla ice cream
