If you need to lose weight fast, the 3 Day Diet
is what you're looking for. You can lose weight up to 10 lbs in 3 days. In the 3 day diet, none food must be substituted and only it's permitted seasoned with salt and pepper.

Day 2 of the 3 day diet:
• Breakfast: 1 egg, half banana, 1 slice of toasted bread, coffee or tea alone.
• Lunch: 1 cup of cottage cheese, 5 cookies.
• Dinner: 2 cups of broccoli, half cup of carrot, 1 apple, half banana, half cup of vanilla ice cream.
Day 3 of the 3 day diet:
• Breakfast: 5 cookies, 1 slice of cheese, 1 apple, coffee or tea alone.
• Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 slice of toasted bread.
• Dinner: 1 cup of tuna, 1 cup of asparagus, 1 cup of cauliflower, 1 apple, half cup of vanilla ice cream.
