The Soup Diet to lose 10 lbs in 7 days (700 calories diet)


The Soup Diet is a low calories diet. You have to eat a vegetables soup each time you are hungry.

After few days, the Soup Diet is combined with food high in protein and animal fat. The basic ingredients of the Soup Diet are pepper, onion, and tomato. The Soup Diet helps to the detoxification of the body.

Diet duration: 1 week (don't extend more time due to its low calorie value)
Weight loss: up to 10 lbs.


Diet recommended for any healthy person, except persons with anemia, kids, pregnant women and people under continuing medical treatment.

How to prepare the Soup Diet


The Soup Diet is composed by 6 large onions, 2 green peppers, 2 cans of tomato, celery, 1 large cabbage, salt and pepper. You can add chicken broth. Everything goes through the blender machine.

Diet plan for 7 days of the Soup Diet (700 calories diet)

Monday: Soup Diet Menu

Drink the soup diet each time you are hungry.
Eat any kind of fruit in the quantity desired, except banana.
Drink tea without sugar or fruit juice.

Tuesday: Soup Diet Menu

Drink the soup diet each time you are hungry.
All types of green leafy vegetables.
If you want, you can complete the dinner with a roasted potato at night.
Don't eat any fruit.

Wednesday: Soup Diet Menu

Drink the soup diet each time you are hungry.
Eat fruits and vegetables (the same as the first and the second day).
Don't eat potatoes.

Thursday: Soup Diet Menu

Drink the soup diet each time you are hungry.
Skimmed milk and bananas.

Friday: Soup Diet Menu

Soup diet, minimum twice during the day.
Meat (between 40 oz and 80 oz), accompanied by a medium can of tomato, or up to 6 fresh tomatoes.
Drink between 6 to 8 glasses of water.

Saturday: Soup Diet Menu

Soup diet, minimum once during the day.
Meat and vegetables in the desired amount.
Don't eat potatoes.

Sunday: Soup Diet Menu

Drink the soup diet each time you are hungry.
Brown rice, fruit and vegetable juices.

The Soup Diet Guidelines:
