Monday: Diet Meal Plan
Breakfast: black coffee with saccharin and 1 whole-wheat toast of bread.

Dinner: red meat (70 oz, 200 grs) and abundant green salad.
Tuesday: Diet Meal Plan

Lunch: roasted fish (85 oz, 250 grs) and 2 tomatoes.

Breakfast: black coffee with saccharin and 1 whole-wheat toast of bread.
Lunch: boiled chicken (85 oz, 250 grs) and 1 citric fruit.
Dinner: 2 eggs and 1 cup of raw carrot.
Sunday: Diet Meal Plan
Breakfast: black coffee with saccharin and 1 whole-wheat toast of bread.
Lunch: red meat (70 oz, 200 grs) and 1 citric fruit (grapefruit, lemon...)
Dinner: everything what you want, but with moderation.
Guidelines of The Soviet Air Force Diet:
- Drink a lot of water, 8-ounce glasses of water per day (2 quarts, 1.8 liters), except during meals.
- Salads can be seasoned with vinegar, lemon, soya sauce or mustard.
- Use saccharin or artificial sweetener.
- If you are hungry you can eat a fruit (minimum 2 hours after the meals).
