Diet of the famous Miami Heart Institute for losing 8 lbs in 3 days.


The Miami Diet was created by the famous Miami Heart Institute. The Miami diet is based on the chemical decomposition of the food. For this reason, it's obligatory to eat all meals specified below, and don't eat other food. If you don't follow these rules, you will not lose weight.

Weight loss: up to 8 lbs per week.
Diet duration: 3 days per week. The others 4 days you can eat normally (with moderation).


We suggest you to follow this diet plan to lose weight with the Miami diet:

Miami Diet plan to Lose Weight in 3 days

During the Miami diet, don't drink alcohol or sodas (Coke...). It's only allowed drink water.
Add flavor to food using only salt or pepper.

The previous day to starting the Miami diet

Eat 2 spoonfuls of your favorite laxative. Don't take it in case of abdominal pain, vomits, fever or renal insufficiency.

Day 1 of the Miami diet

Breakfast:
Half orange, 1 toast, 3 spoonfuls of butter, coffee or tea.

Lunch:
Meat (35 oz, 100 grs), 1 cup of salad, 1 apple, 1 cup of vanilla ice cream.

Dinner:
Half cup of tuna, 1 toast, coffee or tea alone.

Day 2 of the Miami diet

Breakfast:
Half banana, 1 toast, 2 boiled eggs, coffee or tea alone.

Lunch:
2 sausages of turkey, 1 cup of broccoli, half cup of grated carrot, half banana, half cup of vanilla ice cream.

Dinner:
1 cup of fresh cheese,  5 cookies with cereals.

Day 3 of the Miami diet

Breakfast:
1 apple, 5 cookies with cereals, cheese (8 oz, 25 grs), coffee or tea alone.

Lunch:
1 cup of tuna, 1 cup of salad, half cup of melon, half cup of vanilla ice cream.

Dinner:
 1 boiled egg, 1 toast.

Positive aspects of the Miami diet

The diet duration is only 3 days per week. The rest of days, you can eat normally.

Negative aspects of the Miami diet

It's mandatory not to avoid any meal due to chemical reactions. In addition, the ingestion of laxative can leave you weak. It's possible to lose too much weight very fast, you have to control your weight loss to not damage your health.
