Detox Diet in 1 day is based on the ingestion of liquids and promises to detox the body in just 1 day. It's a low-calories diet, but prevents body weaknesses, and simultaneously improves and nourishes hair and skin.
During the
Detox Diet, you must eat only the food mentioned below during 1 day (choose the food you prefer). Drink a lot of water, at least 8 glasses of water per day, except during meals, for helping the intestinal transit and remove toxins continuously through the urine.
Diet Menu: Detox Diet in 1 Day
Drinks
• 1 apple, 1 fennel and lemon juice.
• Half green apple, 1 boiled carrot, fresh mint and lemon juice.
• 2 kiwis, half cup of watercress.
Juices
• 1 tomato, 3 celery and parsley.
• 2 carrots, parsley and few cinnamon and nut.
Cold soups
• vegetables soup, 1 tomato without skin, basil, 1 cucumber and 1 garlic.
• 1 glass of tomato juice, 1 cup of watercress and 6 leaves of spinach.
Detox diet guidelines
The detox diet can be followed up to 1 time per week in a period up to 6 months.
Every half hour, take a glass of fruit juice with vegetables (up to a maximum from 15 glasses per day).
