The solution to remove fluid retention consists on:
- reduce fat (increase gazes in the belly)
- use salt with moderation (main cause of fluid retention)
- increase the consumption of diuretic food. Diuretic food have low fat and very few calories (fruits, cereals and vegetables)
- eat a lot of fiber (remove the hunger and depurative)
- drink a lot of water, 8-ounce glasses of water per day (diuretic)

- grapes, pineapple, apple, pear, melon

Monday and Tuesday
Breakfast:
Tea with 1 toasted bread, and 1 apple.
Lunch:
1 dish of vegetables (cooked or raw). 1 large slice of bread. For dessert, 1 slice of melon.
Snack:
Tea with 1 toasted bread, and 1 bowl of grapes.
Dinner:
1 dish of vegetables (cooked or raw). 1 large slice of bread. For dessert, 1 pear.
After dinner, drink 1 infusion.
Wednesday and Thursday
Breakfast:
Coffee or tea with saccharin, 1 yogurt, 1 slice of pineapple.
Lunch:
1 dish of rice with few tomato sauce, 1 salad with lettuce (1 teaspoon of oil).
Snack:
Coffee or tea with saccharin, 1 yogurt, 1 bowl of grapes.
Dinner:
Cooked vegetable (artichoke for example), 1 toast of bread. For dessert, 2 pears.
Friday
Breakfast:
Coffee or tea with saccharin, and 1 toasted bread.
Lunch:
Chicken with lettuce and tomatoes.
Snack:
Coffee or tea with saccharin, and 1 toasted bread.
Dinner:
1 dish of cooked vegetables, 1 toast of bread. For dessert, 2 apples.
Saturday and Sunday
Breakfast:
Tea, 1 slice of pineapple.
Lunch:
1 dish of asparagus, with salad (lettuce, carrots, 1 teaspoon of oil).
Snack:
Tea, 1 slice of melon.
Dinner:
Free. Eat all what you want with moderation.
