- White rice and noodles.
- Fruits: except the mentioned ones (in smashed potatoes or cooked), you can eat pears in syrup, apple grated without skin. Avoid citrus fruits. Don't eat melon, watermelon, pineapple, strawberries, figs, dry fruits or dehydrated.
- Oils: in few quantities, better if it is olive oil or corn.
- Sweets: cookies low-calorie and honey with moderation.
- Infusions as tea are authorized, but not coffee. The cocoa, chocolate and alcohol are prohibited because they are very harmful for the liver.
- Choose the softest spices, like laurel, oregano, vanilla, cinnamon and thyme.
