2 slices of Pizza with tomatoes and vegetables (we recommend eggplant, mushrooms, spinach and onion). 2 slices of pizza are equivalent to a quarter of a big pizza.
1 baked apple.
Dinner:
Vegetables soup.
1 small portion of spaghettis with tomato sauce.
1 orange (preferable separated of 1 hour after the dinner).
