The Vegetarian Detox Diet is a depurative diet to lose weight. The detox diet is recommended for:
• vegetarian people,
• any healthy person who wants to lose weight,
• any woman who wants to reduce cellulite and improve the blood circulation.
Weight loss: up to 15 lbs.
Diet duration: 4 week. The diet can be extended without medical supervision.

Detox Diet is a vegetarian diet where you have to drink a large glass of mashed vegetables (listed below), 3 times per day before breakfast, lunch and dinner. During meals, you don't have to eat meat, but eggs are allowed. Forbidden food: coffee, alcohol, tobacco and food in conserve.
2 days per week you can drink pineapple juice, and eat fish (white or blue).

carrots, celery, fennel, spinach, half potato and apples.
Second week of the detox diet: allowed mashed vegetables:
radishes, half garlic, cucumber, green asparagus, 1 slice of onion and apple.
Third week of the detox diet: allowed mashed vegetables:
carrots, celery, parsley, watercress and apple.
Forth week of the detox diet: allowed mashed vegetables:
carrots, asparagus, apple, spinach, parsley, watercress, celery and fennel.
